How to Register

Step 1

Make sure you are a current IALEFI® member. You must be a current member of IALEFI® to participate in the conference. To apply for membership, download the membership application. IALEFI® annual membership dues is $55 – which you can pay below when registering for the ATC.

If you were an IALEFI® member in the past, and your membership status has lapsed, you can renew by paying the $55 dues below when registering for the ATC.

Step 2

Download the 2018 ATC registration form. Please note that there are two pages – page 1 is participant information. On page 2 you’ll find the class matrix which represents the activities taking place throughout the conference. Starting with Tuesday, May 8th, numerically starting with the number “1” as your first choice, prioritize your desire to attend the courses being offered – mark at least 8 for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

There are two ways you can fill out and submit this form.

Electronic Submission:The registration form is in PDF format, and has fields built in that you can fill out electronically in Acrobat Reader. When finished, simply click the “submit via e-mail” button at the bottom of page two, and your registration form will automatically be attached to an outgoing e-mail in your default e-mail program. Send the e-mail with any other pertinent message you would like to include, and continue to Step 3.

Paper Submission: You can print the registration form and fill it out by hand, or you can fill out the fields in Acrobat Reader and then print it out. Drop the registration form in the mail to:

Step 3

Submit your payment below via Paypal, credit card, or debit card. The registration fee is $495.00. The spouse fee is $40.00 which covers the cost of the banquet meal only. If you would like to participate in the 2018 ATC Memorial Match, include an extra $20.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be deducted from your ATC registration fee should the need arise that you are unable to attend the ATC after completing the registration process.

Attending International Members

IALEFI® has available through our corporate sponsors a number of various weapons which can be used by our attending International members while at the conference. You will need to make arrangements through the IALEFI® Business Office in advance to utilize these weapons by calling (603) 524-8787, or, via e-mail. Ammunition can be obtained at a nominal donation through IALEFI® Emblem Sales at the conference should you not be able to make prior arrangements on your own. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Only U.S. Nationals may attend armorer classes without having an authorization from the United States Secretary of State granting permission.
